Willie Powell
VP of Business Development

Willie Powell brings over 50 years of contracting, team building, and business development to the I-3 team. He got his start as an electrical contractor in California where he quickly flourished, taking on work at the federal and state level. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to serve P3 clients in a myriad of capacities– from facility maintenance to large scale airport lighting projects, to educational institutions. Since 2011, he has pivoted and used his expertise at the executive level, serving as VP of Business Development at Engie Services for 7 years before settling into the same role at I-3 in 2021. He is cherished by his teammates for his devotion to electrical engineering and solution-oriented thinking. Willie is an esteemed alumnus of Tennessee State University.
