Steve brings over 30 years of fixed income money management and infrastructure finance experience to I-3 Partners. With a very strong knowledge base in structured finance, Steve is uniquely skilled to combine that background with his extensive funding relationships to secure the proper capital project financing partners. Prior to joining I-3, Steve worked at Sustainability Partners where he was the sole employee responsible for sourcing and placing project capital. Steve successfully placed capital for 8 different projects totaling $80 million across the water, wastewater, electric vehicle, broadband and sporting complex space. Steve is a graduate of Harvard College and resides with his family in New Jersey.
