Ryan began his career as an analyst at Sandler O’Neill in the investment banking group. Focused on commercial banks, Ryan helped support Managing Directors provide services in mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity capital markets. Ryan was involved in various aspects of transactions, from preparing detailed presentations and models for pitch materials, to conducting detailed financial and operational due diligence on various companies. After Sandler, Ryan joined Sustainability Partners as an Associate where he was responsible for preparing models and pitch materials for the Developer team. Ryan was the lead modeler on both the East Aurora School District and Hawaii electric vehicle transactions. At I- 3, Ryan is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Client development team including Client engagement, financial analysis, modelling, and presentations. Ryan graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
