Peter Welch

Peter brings 25 years of hands-on finance and operations experience to I-3 Partners. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Conquest Funds Group, a regional real estate investment company, where he ran the company’s accounting, lease administration, technology, tax reporting, and quarterly investor functions. He also served as Director of Finance for Cummings Properties, a major suburban property owner and with an affiliated private operating foundation, where he managed accounting, insurance, technology and advised the foundation investment committee. From 2001-2018, Peter served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of NAL Group, a direct investing single family office, which held numerous operating businesses across a broad range of industries including real estate development, promotional marketing, sports and entertainment, healthcare information systems, medical devices, and aircraft leasing and management. As the trusted advisor to ownership, he was responsible for management and oversight at the holding company and portfolio companies in the areas of accounting, tax reporting, insurance, legal, personnel, technology, and general business administration. Prior to his work in the family office space, Peter was a business analyst, leasing manager, and project manager in the commercial real estate industry at the Chiofaro Companies, where he worked on over 1.5M square feet of new development projects and leased a  1.8M square foot downtown office complex. Peter graduated with an AB from Harvard College and earned his MBA at the F.W. Olin School at Babson College.
